Acceptance
These app-specific terms supplement Apple’s standard EULA. By using Birthdays you agree to these draft terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
Birthdays lets you create a private birthday card, optional cover image, one Amazon Wishlist URL, and optional Cash App / Venmo handles. Cards are owner-only on the server today.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, harassment, fraud, or collecting others’ payment credentials or addresses.
External services
Amazon, Cash App, and Venmo are independent. Birthdays does not process card payments, place Amazon orders, or store shipping addresses.
Deletion
You may delete your Birthday account in-app. Deletion is permanent and does not delete a separate OnWen account.
